Jay’s chicken tagine comes alive with apricots, nutmeg, cinammon, ginger, garlic, turmeric, onion, carrots, and tomatoes. A garnish of almonds and parsley add a nice touch at the finish. A side of couscous is offered to soak up the flavors.
