Jay’s Barbados-inspired Bajan Grilled Chicken is steeped in an aromatic ‘Green Seasoning Mash’ of Worcestershire sauce, gluten-free soy, canola oil, fresh lime, vinegar, green onions, thyme, parsley, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. The intensely flavored chicken is grilled and served with *Vegetable-Steeped Beans and Rice (cooked with celery, onion, carrots, a hint of turmeric) and side of Pineapple Fig Chutney, Jay’s sweet-and-tart condiment made with pineapple, apples, onion, garlic, wine, and cider vinegar, figs, raisins, and brown sugar.
