Bajan-Grilled Chicken w/ Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes, Asparagus Garnish (for 1)


Jay’s Barbados-inspired chicken is steeped in an herbal Bajan Seasoning Mash of pineapple juice, wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, canola oil, lime, onion, green onion, thyme, parsley, red pepper flakes, basil, cloves, and nutmeg. The intensely flavored chicken is grilled and served over brown rice and adorned with roasted sweet potatoes and garnished with asparagus. Serves one healthy portion.
