Jay’s deep-dish Baked Winter Frittata is filled with fresh eggs, herb-roasted mushrooms, broccoli, roasted potatoes, braised spinach, and red kale, light cream, Cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses, then poured over our signature polenta crust (made with cornmeal and Parmesan).
