Japanese Teriyaki Chicken, Sesame-Peanut Noodles, Seared Veggies (for 1)


For Jay’s Japanese Teriyaki Chicken, we marinate boneless chicken breast in gluten-free soy sauce, ginger, garlic, lime juice, mirin, brown sugar, and sesame oil.  The chicken is grilled and basted over a live fire, then served over Sesame-Peanut Noodles (made with peanut butter, gluten-free soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, lime juice, cumin, coriander, and rice noodles.) The perfect marriage of sweet, nutty, and savory! Garnished with seasonal vegetables (broccoli, green beans, green onions) and sesame seeds.
