For Jay’s Japanese Teriyaki Chicken, we marinate boneless chicken in gluten-free soy sauce, ginger, garlic, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, mirin, brown sugar, and sesame oil. The chicken is grilled over a live fire, then sliced and served over Sesame-Peanut Take-Out Noodles (made with peanut butter, gluten-free soy, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, lime juice, coconut milk, cumin, coriander, tahini, and rice noodles.) The perfect marriage of sweet, nutty, and savory! Garnished with fresh bean sprouts, green onions, and market vegetables.
