Here’s a healthy, gluten-free twist on a Chinese restaurant classic: First, we make a honey-ginger glaze by whisking together gluten-free soy sauce, honey, fresh ginger, garlic, lime juice, Sriracha, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Then we sear boneless chicken in a hot skillet until golden brown, then cover the chicken with honey-glaze before finishing in the oven. Served with Sesame-Peanut Rice Noodles (made with peanut butter, gluten-free soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, lime juice, cumin, coriander) and Stir-Fried Veggies on the side.
