Baked Red Trout Fillet, Parsley-Shallot Butter, Delicata Squash, Charred Cauliflower (for 1)


 Ruby Red Trout Fillets are spritzed with lemon, clarified butter, paprika, and kosher salt, roasted at 450 degrees, and served with Oven-Charred Cauliflower, a pat of Parsely-Shallot compound butter, and Roasted Delicata Squash wedges.  This delicious, flaky trout melts in your mouth. (The trout is served “skin-on”.)
