DEUCE: Baked Tilapia ‘Meuniere’, Lemon-Garlic Butter, Jasmine Rice, Market Veggies (for 2)
Jay’s Tilapia ‘Meuniere’ fillets are seasoned with lemon, parsley, brown butter, black pepper, and capers. (Typically the fish would be dredged in flour, but we’re skipping that step.) We blast-roast the tilapia and serve with fragrant Jasmine Rice, a pat of Lemon-Garlic Butter, and Market Vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans.) DEUCE, serves 2.
