Jay’s Lemon-Pepper Tilapia is seasoned with freshly squeezed lemon, melted butter, lemon- pepper, paprika, and kosher salt, then blast roasted at 450 degrees and served with Shallot Parsely Butter (made with minced parsley, shallots, and lemon zest). Accompanied by Potato-Cauliflower Crumble (made with roasted cauliflower florets, red potatoes, kale, and olive oil).
