Nana’s Baked Ziti with Angus Beef Bolognese features penne tossed with our delicious ‘4-Hour Bolognese’ made with Angus ground beef, Cabernet red wine, sauteed onions, garlic, carrots, roasted eggplant, milk, basil, oregano, parsley, and San Marzano plum tomatoes. When the sauce is rich and hearty, we fold it into our signature ricotta mixture (with Parmesan, mozzarella, and eggs for binding) and toss it with penne, and top with more yummy sauce and shredded mozzarella. Baked until the luxurious flavors meld together. Mamma Mia!!
