Jay’s Baked Ziti with Angus Bolognese features penne tossed with our delicious ‘4-Hour Bolognese’ made with Angus ground beef, Burgundy wine, sauteed onions, garlic, celery, carrots, roasted mushrooms, milk, fresh basil, parsley, and San Marzano plum tomatoes. When the sauce is rich and hearty, we fold it into our signature mascarpone-ricotta mixture (Parmesan, mozzarella, and eggs for binding) and toss with penne, top with shredded mozzarella, and bake until the luxurious flavors meld together.
