Jay’s Baked Ziti with Lamb Ragu starts with tossing penne with our house Marinara (made with sauteed onions, garlic, celery, carrots, roasted mushrooms, basil, oregano, parsley, and premium San Marzano plum tomatoes.) We fold in mascarpone and ricotta cheese, with mozzarella, provolone, and eggs for binding, and top the ziti with a layer of our luxurious Lamb Ragu (made with grass-fed ground lamb braised with onions, carrots, garlic, red wine, milk, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and plum tomatoes). This wonderful ziti is topped with crumbled feta at the finish. Mamma Mia!!
