Jay’s Baked Ziti with Nana’s Supper Bolognese features penne tossed with our delicious ‘4-Hour Bolognese’ made with Angus ground beef, Italian Sausage, Burgundy wine, sauteed onions, garlic, celery, carrots, roasted mushrooms, milk, basil, parsley, and San Marzano plum tomatoes. When the sauce is rich and hearty, we fold in our signature mascarpone-ricotta mixture (plus Parmesan, mozzarella, and eggs for binding) and toss with penne, top with fresh mozzarella, and bake until the luxurious flavors meld together.
