Cornell BBQ Chicken with Melty Mac ‘n Cheese and Broccoli (for 1)
Jay’s Cornell BBQ Chicken starts by steeping boneless chicken breasts in a marinade of apple cider vinegar, canola oil, lemon juice, egg, Dijon mustard, garlic, paprika, parsley, sage, sea salt, brown sugar, and thyme, then grilling and basting over a roaring fire. Served with a side of our cheesy Melty Mac n Cheese (made with milk, brown butter-roux, Cheddar, Jack, and Parmesan cheeses). Garnished with broccoli florets.
