Blackened Mahi Mahi, Coconut-Lime Rice, Roasted Veggies (for 1)


Jays’ popular Blackened Mahi Mahi is spiced with a piquant (but not overpowering) blend of white pepper, black pepper, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. The mahi-mahi steaks are blast roasted, lemonized, and served with sticky coconut-lime rice (made with a sofrito of celery, onion, and cilantro) and garnished with roasted market vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli).
