Blackened Wild Mahi Mahi, Cilantro-Lime Rice and Black Beans, Roasted Veggies (for 1)


Jays’ popular Blackened Wild Mahi Mahi is spiced with a piquant (but not overpowering) blend of white pepper, black pepper, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. The mahi-mahi steaks are blast roasted, lemonized, and served with Cilantro-Lime Rice and Black Beans (made with a sofrito of celery, onion, bell peppers, and cilantro) and garnished with assorted roasted market vegetables (carrots, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli).
