Jay’s Blast Roasted Mahi-Mahi steaks are seasoned with paprika, kosher salt, and brown butter and roasted at 425 degrees. The 6 oz. Mahi-Mahi is served with fragrant compound butter blended with lemon parsley, and minced garlic, and accompanied with a mash of pureed parsnips, leeks, milk, butter, and parsley. Roasted cauliflower florets on the side.
Parsnips are naturally sweet, a touch nutty, not too starchy, and makes for a smooth-silky mash.
