Blackened Mahimahi, Pineapple-Mango Salsa, Coconut Rice (for 1)


Jays’ Blackened Mahi Mahi is spiced with a piquant (but not overpowering) blend of white pepper, black pepper, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. The mahi-mahi steaks are grilled, lemonized, and served with pineapple-mango salsa (lime, cilantro, bell peppers, onion) and sticky coconut rice pilaf (made with onions, peppers).
