Jay’s Blackened Red Snapper is a flaky 10-12 ounce fillet spiced with a piquant (but not overpowering) seasoning blend of white pepper, black pepper, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. The fillets are blast roasted with butter and lemon and served with Olive Oil Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Braised Kale. #BAM!
