Jay’s Blackened Swordfish Steak is spiced with a piquant (but not overpowering) blend of white pepper, black pepper, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. The 8 oz. “steaks” are blast roasted, lemonized, and served with Creole Rice and Red Beans (made with onion, bell peppers, celery) and accompanied with a dollop of shallot-parsely-lemon butter and braised collard greens.
