Jay’s Wild Lemon Pepper Haddock fillets are seasoned with Lemon-Pepper seasoning, fresh lemon, and clarified butter (ghee), and blast-roasted at 450 degrees. Served with Chive Compound Butter and accompanied with Winter Squash Risotto (made with arborio rice, sauteed onion, garlic, celery, butternut, Jack and Parmesan cheese.)
Haddock is a lean white fish with a mildly sweet flavor and flaky texture. Roasted veggies can be substituted for risotto upon request.
