Rosemary Grilled Chicken, Rhubarb-Fig Chutney, Jasmine Rice (for 1)


It’s rhubarb season, people! Jay’s Rosemary Grilled Chicken is brined overnight and grilled over hot flames. Served with our ‘slow-cooked’ sweet-and-tart Rhubarb-Fig Chutney (made with rhubarb, apples, onion, garlic, dried figs, raisins, brown sugar, cider, and wine vinegar.) Fragrant Jasmine Rice nicely balances the meal. Garnished with market vegetables.

*Rosemary Chicken marinade:  Lemon juice, canola oil, gluten-free soy sauce, egg wash, honey, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, and paprika.
