Cabernet Chicken w/ Pappardelle Pasta, Roasted Mushroom Butter (for 1)


Jay’s Cabernet Chicken features skillet-seared boneless chicken medallions tossed in a velvety sauce made with button mushrooms, garlic, onion, celery, Cabernet Sauvignon wine, organic chicken broth, and light cream, and served with pappardelle pasta (a wide, light egg noodle) dotted with Jay’s mushroom-parsley butter (roasted mushrooms pureed with butter, shallots, and parsley).  Garnished with Parmesan. Serves 1.
