Grilled Steak and Chicken Gumbo with Wild Rice (for 1)


Jay’s Steak and Chicken Gumbo starts with a mirepoix of celery, onions, bell peppers, and garlic, then we add stewed tomatoes, okra, red beans, brown and wild rice, shredded chicken, and organic chicken broth, and spice up the pot with white and black pepper, parsley, thyme, paprika, and a pinch of cayenne. We finish the gumbo with flair by adding Cajun-rubbed flank steak (grilled and diced) to the bowl.  (Gumbo is gluten-free.)  #BOWLCUISINE
