Strips of chicken are steeped in our signature fajita marinade (lime juice, Worcestershire, canola oil, garlic, cumin, oregano, gluten-free soy sauce) and grilled over an open flame. The fajita dinner includes roasted bell peppers, onions, sour cream, salsa, and 6-7 flour tortillas.
Cooking instructions: Reheat the trays of fajita chicken in preheated oven at 375 degrees (along with trays of peppers and onions) until hot about 15 minutes. Warm up the tortillas and fill the individual tortillas with chicken, veggies, salsa, and sour cream. Guacamole also available.
