Strata is a traditional brunch dish (similar to quiche or frittata) made from a mixture of bread, eggs, cheese, and veggies. Jay’s New Year’s version includes layers of croissants, herb-roasted mushrooms, fresh spinach, broccoli, eggs, light cream, and Fontina cheese. The perfect centerpiece for a holiday brunch!
