Chicken “Stroganoff” with Madeira Wine, Mushrooms, Wild Rice Pilaf, and String Beans (for 1)


Jay’s Chicken Stroganoff with Madeira features skillet-seared chicken breasts (shredded) simmered in a richly flavored mushroom sauce (made with button mushrooms, onions, carrots,  garlic, Madeira wine, organic chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, light cream, fresh parsley, and thyme). Served with wild rice and brown rice pilaf (onion, celery) and garnished with roasted string beans. 

*The mushroom sauce is thickened with a flour-based roux.
