Jay’s savory Chicken and Mushroom Stroganoff is made with a truckload of seared mushrooms, then we add carrots, onions, garlic, Marsala wine, organic chicken broth, boneless chicken breasts (medallions and shredded), tomato paste, thyme, parsley, and light cream, and simmer low and slow.
