Jay’s savory Chicken and Wild Mushroom Stroganoff is made with a mountain of seared mushrooms, then we add carrots, onions, garlic, Marsala and Port wine, organic chicken broth, boneless chicken breasts (shredded), crushed tomatoes, thyme, parsley, and light cream, and simmered very slowly.  Served over Brown Butter-Parmesan Pasta (thin fettuccini) with market vegetables (roasted cauliflower, green beans, or broccoli). #ComfortFoodAlwaysinSeason
