Grill-Roasted Corn and Chicken Chowder with Applewood Bacon (for 1)


This week’s seasonal soup features Grill-Roasted Corn (cooked over a low fire) combined with Shredded Chicken and seared Applewood Bacon for a delicious late summer chowder (also made with celery, red bell peppers, onion, garlic, carrots, red potatoes, light cream, organic chicken broth, thyme, and parsley.)
