Chicken Arrabbiata with Penne, Roasted Peppers, and Mozzarella (for 1)


Arrabbiata sauce, or sugo all’arrabbiata in Italian, is a spicy pasta sauce. Jay’s luscious family-friendly recipe for arrabbiata sauce calls for San Marzano plum tomatoes, sweet red peppers, onions, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, basil, and red pepper flakes, simmered with boneless medallions of chicken, and tossed with penne. Topped with mozzarella cheese at the finish. Serves one. #deliciouso
