Chicken Carbonara with Bacon, Kale, and Pappardelle Pasta (for 1)


Carbonara is a classic Italian-American pasta dish with hundreds of variations but typically prepared with a bacon-infused alfredo sauce. Jay’s version includes sauteed boneless chicken, braised kale,  broccoli, and an alfredo sauce made with light cream, egg, bacon, garlic, and Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Tossed with delicate egg pappardelle noodles and topped with parsley and Panko bread crumbs. #Magnifico
