Chicken “Fajita” Bowl with Bell Peppers, Onions, Zucchini, Jasmine Rice, Rustic Salsa, Jack Cheese (for 1)


For this delicious “naked fajita,” strips of chicken are steeped in Jay’s fajita marinade (lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, canola oil, garlic, cumin, parsley, chili powder, and gluten-free soy sauce) and seared over an open flame. The grilled chicken ‘fajitas’ are layered over jasmine rice and topped with caramelized onions, roasted peppers, zucchini, and Monterey Jack. House-made Rustic Tomato Salsa on the side.
