Jay’s Skillet Shrimp are sauteed with garlic, dry sherry, and olive oil, then tossed with Arugula Chimichurri (made with fresh arugula, parsley, cilantro, garlic, paprika, olive oil, wine vinegar, lemon juice, and salt) and served over Cheddar Grits (well-cooked cornmeal, milk, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan) and garnished with blast-roasted tiny cauliflower florets.
