Jay’s Chimichurri Grilled Shrimp (marinated in an herbal mash of parsley, cilantro, cumin, garlic, paprika, olive oil, wine vinegar, lemon juice, and salt) are served over Cheddar Grits (well-cooked cornmeal, milk, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan) and garnished with roasted (cubed) butternut squash and broccoli florets.
