Churrasco Steak Bowl, Chimichurri, Black Beans and Brown Rice, Broccoli Garnish (for 2)
Churrasco refers to the Brazilian dish of grilled meats served with sides such as chimichurri, black beans, and rice. For Jay’s Churrasco Steak Bowl, we combine lightly marinated and grilled flank steak served over black beans and brown rice pilaf, and then topped with chimichurri, an herbal, slightly tart sauce of fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, lemon, red wine vinegar, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Broccoli appears as a garnish. ($11/portion for STEAK – can’t beat that!)
Kitchen Tip: We grill the steak medium rare. If you prefer medium-to-well done, simply reheat the meat a few minutes longer.
