Citrus Grilled Shrimp, Butternut Squash Pilau, Braised Kale (for 1)


Jay’s Citrus Grilled Shrimp starts with a zesty marinade of lime juice, lemon juice, canola oil, parsley, green onions, garlic, brown sugar, sriracha sauce, chili powder, and Worchestershire sauce. The marinated shrimp are flash-grilled and served over Butternut Squash and Kale Pilau (made with rice, onion, celery, roasted squash, and curry powder). Garnished with broccoli. Serves one, yum!
