Sesame Roasted Tofu, Lime-Peanut Sauce, Wok-Seared Veggies, Jasmine Rice (for 1)


For Jay’s Sesame Roasted Tofu, we marinate tofu with gluten-free soy sauce, sesame oil, corn starch, agave, and rice vinegar. The tofu is roasted and served over Jasmine Rice with Lime-Peanut Sauce on the side (made with peanut butter, gluten-free, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, lime juice, cumin, and coriander).  Garnished with wok-seared vegetables (carrots, cabbage, broccoli) and sesame seeds. #Plant-Based Cuisine
