Shrimp and Chicken Jambalaya w/ Red Rice and Beans (for 1)


Jay’s Shrimp and Chicken Jambalaya starts with a classic Creole sauce (made with crushed tomatoes, celery, onion, bell peppers, okra, garlic, parsley, thyme, paprika, and a trio of cayenne, black and white pepper). The piquant sauce slowly cooks and simmers, then we add skillet seared shrimp, shredded chicken and let the sauce bubbly simmer and steep until the flavors meld together. Served over Red Rice and Beans (blended with converted rice.)
