Jay’s Balsamic Grilled Chicken starts by steeping boneless chicken in a marinade of balsamic vinegar, canola-olive oil, lemon juice, egg, garlic, parsley, thyme, and oregano, then flash grilling over a charcoal fire, and serving with a side of #BakedFetaPasta, made by slow-baking a block of feta cheese in a sea of cherry tomatoes, slivered garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil, and mashing it all together (forming a creamy, briny sauce) before tossing with pasta.
