DEUCE: Chicken Satay, Indonesian Peanut Sauce, Basmati Rice, Charred Cauliflower (for 2)

Jay’s Chicken Satay features boneless chicken breasts marinated in coconut milk, gluten-free soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, yellow curry powder, turmeric, and brown sugar, then grilled over an open fire. Served with tangy Indonesian Peanut Sauce (made with peanut butter, coconut milk, lime, garlic, ginger,  cumin, chili garlic sauce, and gluten-free soy) and Basmati Rice (cooked with celery, onion, turmeric) along with charred cauliflower. DEUCE, serves 2.
