For Jay’s Cider-Grilled Chicken, boneless chicken is marinated in a blend of cider vinegar, canola-olive oil, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, egg wash, Worchestershire sauce, parsley, thyme, paprika, and brown sugar, then flash-grilled (and basted) over a blazing fire. This fabulous mid-week dinner includes a side of our melty 3 Cheese Mac ‘n Cheese with Broccoli (made with milk, butter, macaroni, Cheddar, Jack, and Parmesan cheeses.) DEUCE, serves 2.
