DEUCE: Pacific Rim Chicken, Lime-Peanut Sauce, Coconut Sticky Rice (for 2)
For Jay’s Pacific Rim Chicken, we marinate boneless chicken breast in gluten-free soy sauce, ginger, garlic, lime juice, mirin, brown sugar, and canola and sesame oil. The chicken is grilled and basted over a live fire, then served over Coconut Sticky Rice (made with onion, celery, turmeric, coconut milk, and organic chicken broth) and accompanied by Lime-Peanut Sauce. Garnished with seasonal vegetables (broccoli, green beans, or sweet potatoes) and sesame seeds. DEUCE, serves 2.
