DEUCE: Spice Island Chicken, Mango-Fig Chutney, Sweet Potato Pilaf (for 2)
Jay’s Spice Island Chicken is steeped in a fragrant mash of gluten-free soy sauce, wine vinegar, canola oil, green onions, thyme, parsley, brown sugar, chili powder, clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg. The intensely flavored chicken is grilled and served with Jay’s Mango-Fig Chutney and Sweet Potato Rice (made with jasmine rice, onions, celery, sweet potatoes, and turmeric.) Deuce, serves 2.
*Mango-Fig Chutney: diced mangos, apples, onion, figs, raisins, garlic, wine and cider vinegar, brown sugar, curry powder, lemon juice.
