DEUCE: Thai Grilled Chicken, Lime-Peanut Sauce, Golden Rice, Roasted Broccoli (for 2)

Jay’s Thai Grilled Chicken features boneless chicken (thighs and breasts) marinated overnight in coconut milk, lime juice, gluten-free soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar, then grilled over an open fire. Served with Lime Peanut Sauce (made with peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, cumin, coriander, and gluten-free soy) and Golden Rice (jasmine rice cooked with celery, onion, garlic, turmeric, and organic chicken broth.) Garnished with roasted broccoli.  DEUCE, serves 2.
