We got this: Jay’s pasta bake features lightly spiced capicola ham, seared strips of chicken breast, tossed with curly cavatappi noodles, blended with a melty alfredo sauce enhanced with Parmesan and Jack cheeses. We stir in broccoli and autumn greens (spinach, kale) and bake ’till perfect. Finished with a light topping of Panko bread crumbs. Delivered in a reheatable half-hotel pan.
