Grilled Steak-Black Bean Feijoada, Yellow Rice, Sour Cream (for 1)


Inspired by Brazil’s national dish, Jay’s Grilled Steak Feijoada is a rustic chili-like stew simmered with celery, bell peppers, onions, garlic, carrots, kale, black beans, stewed tomatoes, and seasoned with paprika, cumin, and chili powder, then topped with grilled and cubed spice-rubbed flank steak.  Served with Yellow Rice and a dollop of sour cream on the side.  #CaldronCuisine
