Surf’s up for Surf ‘n Turf! Jay’s Char-Grilled Steak Kebabband Shrimp Scampi served together over Sofrito Mushroom Pilaf (includes onion, celery, mushrooms, rice) and topped with roasted winter squash.
Steak kebabs are cubed, skewered, and grilled, then post-marinaded in olive oil, garlic, and za’attar seasonings. Shrimp are skillet seared with parsley, garlic, sherry, and olive oil. Serves one generous portion.
Plain rice can be subbed for Sofrito Mushroom Pilaf.
