Gaucho Steak, Chimichurri Sauce, Herb-Roasted Potatoes, Carrot Spears (for 2)


Jay’s grilled “Gaucho Steaks” are herb-marinated flank steaks served with Argentinian chimichurri, an intensely herbal, slightly tart sauce made of fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive and grapeseed oil, lemon juice, wine vinegar, cumin, agave syrup, and red pepper flakes. Accompanied with herb-scented roasted red potatoes and garnished with carrot spears.

Kitchen Tip: We grill the steak medium rare. If you prefer medium-to-well done, simply reheat the meat a few minutes longer.
