Jay’s Herb-Marinated Flank Steaks are served with Argentinian chimichurri, an intensely herbal, slightly tart sauce made of fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, agave, and red pepper flakes. Accompanied by roasted red potatoes, and zucchini, and garnished with carrot spears.
Steak Marinade: parsley, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire and gluten-free soy sauce, brown sugar, and herbs. The Chimichurri Sauce is spooned over the steak. If you prefer sauce on the side, please request it in the notes section.
