Gaucho Steak Bowl, Chimichurri Sauce, Sweet Potato Pilaf (for 1)
Jay’s ‘Gaucho Steaks’ are flank steaks marinated with Argentinian chimichurri, an herbal, slightly tart sauce made of fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, lemon, red wine vinegar, cumin, agave syrup, salt, and paprika. The steaks are grilled, sliced, and served over Sweet Potato Rice Pilaf. Extra chimichurri served on the side.
*Steaks are grilled medium-rare. If you prefer medium-to-well done, simply reheat the meat a few minutes longer. Gluten-free soy sauce may also be in the marinade.
