Gaucho Steak Bowl, Chimichurri Sauce, Brown Rice Pilaf, Asparagus (for 1)


Jay’s ‘Gaucho Flank Steaks’ are marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, gluten-free soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Dijon, brown sugar, and herbs, then grilled over an open flame. The steaks are sliced and served with Argentinian chimichurri (slightly tart sauce made of fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, lemon, red wine vinegar, agave syrup, salt, and paprika). Served over brown rice pilaf with asparagus.


*Steaks are grilled medium-rare. If you prefer medium-to-well done, simply reheat the meat a few minutes longer.
