Silver Palate’s classic Chicken Marbella features boneless chicken (pounded and marinated overnight in a blend of green and black olives, capers, dried plums, figs, red wine vinegar, blended olive oil, parsley, oregano, and garlic) then roasted with white wine and brown sugar. All served with sweet-n-tart Apple-Mango Chutney (made with apples, pears, mangoes, raisins, garlic, cider and/or wine vinegar, onion, brown sugar) along with Red Quinoa-Rice Pilaf and garnished with market veggies.
