Silver Palate’s Chicken Marbella, Cranberry-Apple Chutney, Wild Rice Pilaf, Acorn Squash (for 1)


Silver Palate’s classic Chicken Marbella features boneless chicken (marinated overnight in a blend of green and black olives, capers, dried plums, figs, red wine vinegar, blended olive oil, parsley, oregano, and garlic) then roasted with wine and brown sugar. All served with Jay’s tangy-n-tart Cranberry-Apple Chutney (made with cranberries, apples, garlic, cider and wine vinegar, onion, brown sugar, raisins) along with wild rice pilaf and a wedge of acorn squash.
