Jay’s zesty Grilled Chermoula Chicken (marinated in an herbal mash of parsley, cilantro, cumin, garlic, paprika, olive oil, lemon juice, agave, chili powder, and kosher salt) is served with our signature Red Quinoa-Brown Rice Pilaf (made with celery, onion) and garnished with a slow-cooked Cheddar Polenta Dumplings (made with cornmeal, milk, cheddar cheese, Parmesan).  Extra Chermoula Sauce provided on the side for drizzling. Garnished with market vegetables.  Served “Family-style”, for 4.
