Strips of chicken are steeped in Jay’s signature marinade (lemon and lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, canola oil, garlic, paprika, parsley, chili powder, brown sugar, gluten-free soy sauce) and grilled over an open flame, cubed, and served over brown rice with roasted sweet potatoes and topped with Cheddar, then garnished with broccoli.
